Is there any way I can fix this?

I think I may have a virus (I mean it sounds so sketchy, removing my antivirus) and recently one of my emails which I deleted was accessed in India, three times. I tried to take out my battery and put it back in. I can't access the task manager, nor my main screen. I tried in safe mode and last good configuration and the message still appears. I have Windows XP on a Dell Inspiron 1501 I got towards the end of 2007

Can you merge 2 PS3 HDD data into one?
Hi my old fat ps3 is not working normally anymore. For some reason it does not connect well wirelessly to my controllers,does not detect wireless internet and does not detect the ethernet cable. Plus it got the YLOD twice already so my uncle gave me his slim PS3 very cheap and it has 6 cool games in it. I mwas able to make a backup of my fat ps3 using the backup utility since the USB ports seemed to work well. Question is: how can i restore the information of my old fat PS3 onto my slim ps3 without losing either the games already saved into the slim PS3 and my COPY RIGHt protected Dragon Age save files? In other words i want to keep the games in the slim PS3 and put everything form my dying at ps3 into the slim one. I have the fat HDD, the Fat ps3 itself and a backup file made from the fat ps3. And the games in the ps3 slim are awesome including Infamous 2!!! They are the same size, but when i try to make the old HDD work with my new PS3 it tries to reformat it and by doing so it will delete all my info :(. What does the backup utility in windows 7 backup?
Does it just backup My Documents or does it back up windows as well and all the programs that are installed. If it does not backup the whole disk and I restore everything to a new hard drive because the old one broke, what would get restored? Would I need to install windows onto the new drive before I did the restore? Would I have to buy windows again if I only had the upgrade version of windows? Now I know that I just asked loads of questions, could you please try and answer all of them ;-) I have heard about software that makes a clone of the hard drive, is that better software to use than windows backup?
