Which online subscription & recurring payment software to use?
Hi everyone, I am looking for an online software that allows clients to 1. Subscribe / Become a member which leads to a quarterly/yearly payment subscription 2. Payment will be recurring per quarterly/annually unless client stops payment 3. If cllient stops payment at any point in time, he/she will not be able to access to our service provided immediately. 4. If client delays quarterly payment or suppose his/her debit card ran out of credits to foot the quarterly subscription, automated email will be sent to the client to ask for payment. Else service will stop within 15 days. Anyone has any clue on this? It looks pretty much like yahoo webhosting subscription thou.. or any other webhosting subscription. Please help me out with this by identifying a couple of online software / completed billing system so that we can upload to our own server. cheers and regards

How does Canadian health system work, fundamentally not in detail?
What I mean is as follows-: If someone aske me to describe the AUSTRALIAN health system in a very rudimenatry but fundamental way then it would be as per the following brief description>>>>>>>> " Each working person pays between 1.5% and 2.5% of their weekly or monthly salary depending on income, and in return gets free medical and hospital care,ie "medical" denoting visits to doctor/ GP and "hospital care" denoting normal sickness, diseases, accidents, injuries etc, BUT not cosmetic surgery like facials, nose jobs etc, which would be paid for privately I assume. As such and as an example I have never paid out of my on pocket,( other than the 1.5% surcharge) for any of the six times I have had a stay in hospital this last 30 years( 3 accidents, one hernia operation, etc). I also go to doctor I choose although NOT all doctors choose to be part of the MEDICARE system. As such if I visited one of those doctors( about 25% are not part of whole mediacre bulk billing system) the system would pay only 85% of the cost and I would pay the other 15%,OR a private health insurance company would if I was a member. On visiting doctor or hospital I simply quote my name and system takes care of everything from that point. MEDICARE however does NOT cover total cost of medicines, doctors prescriptions from phamacies. It is subsidized of course and I think each prescription requires a $5.00 contribution to the medicines cost. Thats about it, so on that basis how does Canadian system work, similar, not at all similar or what??
