Do I apply to the business program or the college itself ?
So I am a bit confused ! I'm transferring soon to an University and I'm major in either business or engineering ,so do I apply to the school itself and declare my major or apply to the program ? If I'm double majoring what should I do then? My choices are either majoring in Business, engineering, getting my masters in either one , or double majoring in both!

I don't know what I'm doing with my life...depressed..?
This isn't your standard I'm depressed question, feel bad for me. I'm actually looking for some good advice. Thank you in advance for reading through this and answering. :)
I'm currently a sophomore at my dream university (it's an ivy league school--I only mention that because it shows that I busted my butt in high school to get myself here).
Well, when I applied, I had no idea really what I was interested in. So I applied to one major, thinking it would be interesting. After a semester, I hated it and wanted to transfer majors. I busted my butt again for the next year to transfer to the business program but ended up getting rejected after failing 2 classes (they were classes from my current major that I was forced to take, but don't actually count toward my new one. It's just policy that I be forced to take them, even if I plan on transferring), and now i am also behind on credits (because I was taking so many other classes outside my major).
I decided that I would try to apply to another major in the beginning of this semester since I knew I would not be accepted to the business program with those two F's. I ended up retaking one of the classes I failed last semester, but have done so poorly in it again that my professor literally told me that there is no way I will be able to pass this class at this point--even told me I didn't need to attend class anymore because he's going to give me an F no matter what.
So now, I will have 3 F's on my transcript and was told that my chances of being able to transfer are extremely minimal. I also might be suspended at the end of the semester for getting another F and be forced to take next semester off (which would get in the way because the pre-requisite classes I need to take to transfer to the other major are only available next semester...so they would be forcing me to graduate a year late at least by doing so).
My other option is to graduate from my current major, which I'm a year behind in, and I hate
And based on my track record from the classes I have taken in my current major, I will probably fail out of school before graduating with that degree. I genuinely hate the material (it's just biased government stuff).
The kicker, the only reason why I care so much about graduating is because I just want the diploma. I figured I'd be throwing away everything I worked for when I was younger if I dropped out. But I don't actually plan on using my degree. I don't plan on getting a job in the field.
If I had the chance, I would want to be a film major. But I can't because the school doesnt offer it. And like I said, Im not going to transfer to a film school when I could graduate from my prestigious dream school.
And I also have 0 experience in film but it's seems to be the only thing I find interesting anymore, at least so much that I want to do it myself. I've never even used a camera before!
I feel really pathetic. I hate how my college has all these st
