Microsoft Registry Cleaner runs at each startup!!!!?
I can start in safe mode. Please let me know how to get rid of this program and stop it from running at each startup. Thanks. I'm running Windows 98 CORRECTION: Microsoft Registry Checker (Scanreg) is running. Sorry! How do I turn it off? I don't know what to look for in the startup menu. Thanks.

Microsoft windows registry cleaner, is regucre the best?
I am looking for a microsoft registry cleaner but have heard that regcure is unsafe from this site http://www.registrycleanersrated.com but have heard at other sites its the best. This site says it can damage your PC, so now im confused on what registry cleaning software is the best. Thanks

PC fixes...?
Is there any free Microsoft registry cleaner downloads out there..that actually "clean and fix" for free... instead of just a free download and scan? I would prefer it to be Microsoft certified if possible. Thanks, Any others besides CCleaner... Yeah Al...sort of...I have some minor slowing at times..not all the time..and I just want to go in and clean out all the "crap" because I do believe that I have some incomplete downloads in here somewhere. I also..believe that my PC could run faster than it is. thanks,
