Online Backup Service

My Dell computer has been nothing but a problem since I bought it. How can I get Dell to make it right?
Here is the story:
I splurged and bought a very expensive new computer from Dell. About a month after I got it, it broke. After hours on the phone and tech service chat lines, Dell sends someone to replace the hard drive. Gets it working for a couple weeks. Then it breaks down again, in the same way. After many more hours spent trying to troubleshoot and fix, Dell finally sends a replacement. But they will only send a refurbished machine to replace the brand-new unit I bought. I feel ripped off.
Dell failed to transfer my account information to the replacement, so when I try to use any of my services, they don't work. They say my account has expired and my warranty has expired. I spent more hours on the phone and was assured this would be fixed. But it wasn't.
Latest issue is that my online backup service won't work. I call tech service to work on this and they refuse to help because it looks like my warranty has run out, even though it hasn't. After explaining (and they CAN confirm by referencing the logs from previous calls), I still get no service. I get transferred among departments for two hours and finally get told to call back and start over another time because the right people aren't in the office just now.
I ask the "service" staff to expedite the issue for me, contact the right person, have it fixed and have someone get back to me to confirm it's been done. They wouldn't do it. So I am faced with having to call back AGAIN on Monday to deal with this.
By now, I've probably spent a total of about 40-50 hours fixing problems with this expensive, brand-new computer & the associated Dell account, and I am facing the prospect of more wasted time. I didn't cause these problems, they are Dell's errors.
How can I get Dell to honor their warranty and make the situation right?

When using an online backup service, do your PROGRAMS save, or just files?
I was planning to save my entire hard drive, but am wondering if installed programs (office programs, games, etc.) save also, or just files?

Does anyone know of a free online backup service / replacement for Diino?
Does anyone know a free replacement for the Diino service? As they've decided to start charging, I am forced to stop using it, but I really like the idea of automatic online backups. Anyone know of any non-charging alternatives? I don't require much by way of space (the 2GB provided by Diino was nice but excessive for my needs), but an automatic backup feature would be nice.
Thanks!
Amen! Thank you very much. That's perfect. <3~
