recover uninstalled programs?
So i just uninstalled a game but said yes to keep all the save game data/profiles. The problem is, the game deleted ALL of the contents in the folder. So I have a folder where I install all my games, called /Games/, this uninstall deleted all of the contents in /Games/ instead of /Games/wtf/. So would I have to use those recovery programs that help get files you deleted, or do these not show up when they're uninstalled through an uninstaller?

My computer recovery program screwed me over!?
okay this is like the 10th time i used this feature where the computer completely wipes my hardrive or whatever and installs some stuff and starts back up again. io this because i get too many viruses and crap but this time when i did it it screwed me over. it either says that that there was an error in the process or that the i need to install this certain file i do not have. What do i do! i cant use my computer because this program wont full install! Please help!
My comp is and IBM desktop.
The file is \windos\system32\config\system
